The collection.

The collection began with the PILL twotone, a ceramic series exploring the relationship between colour, material and surface. Built from modular elements, each piece is carefully composed through variations in glaze, texture and tone, creating subtle transitions between matte and glossy finishes.

The repeated pill-shaped forms invite different configurations, allowing the work to evolve from individual objects into larger compositions and spatial installations. Through this modular approach, the collection explores how repetition, balance and variation can shape the experience of an object.

Expanding from PILL twotone, Sanne Kaal continues to investigate the possibilities of ceramic design through material experimentation, thoughtful craftsmanship and a dialogue between form, colour and space.

The founder.

Sanne Kaal is the founder of the studio and works across two distinct practices: her own design practice and her curatorial work. Through her designs, she explores material, colour and form, while through curation she creates thoughtful presentations that connect contemporary objects, makers and ideas.
